Voyeur arrested at Maple View Mall; three young women stalk the predator and pass him over to security.

BURLINGTON, ON.  January 22, 2013   A photography career has come to an abrupt end for a Hamilton resident who was arrested by Regional police on charges of Mischief and Voyeurism.

On Sunday January 20, 2013 at 1:40 p.m., three young girls were shopping at a store in Mapleview Mall, Burlington, when they sensed their personal space being invaded by a man.

One of the girls was able to observe the man’s phone in video mode and seemingly recording her friend’s buttock area.

They briefly confronted the man, who quickly left the store.

The girls followed the man and enlisted the assistance of nearby security personnel who arrested and detained him for police.

Jason BELLAVIA, 40 yrs of Hamilton is facing both Mischief and Voyeurism charges and is scheduled to appear in Milton court on February 20, 2013.
